Delivery Information


We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. All orders are delivered from 24h to 3 days from order confirmation.

All orders are usually dispatched via DHL. All international orders are fully insured and are sent via a secure tracked service.

You will be notified by email as soon as your item has been dispatched.


Shipping charges are complimentary for orders over €200 or US $250 to one address.

For orders below the above amount, the shipping costs are:

  • ITALY €9,00 - US$10,00
  • EUROPE €18,00 - US$20,00
  • USA & CANADA €40,00 - US$45,00
  • REST OF THE WORLD €40,00 - US$45,00


All items going to the US and Switzerland include customs charges & import duties within the price, so shipments to said countries will incur no further charges, for all orders.

All items going to the EU countries include VAT within the price.

All items going to countries other than the above mentioned may be subject to additional local import duties and taxes which are not included within the price.


DHL delivery times may vary depending on destination:

Italy & Europe: 1-2 working days

US & Canada: 3-4 working days

Rest of the World: 4-5 working days

Items on special order may take longer, please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of hand engraved items or for ring sizing.

Your item will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain box. If you desire to add a personal message, please fulfill the form during your check out.

Exchange & Return

You may exchange or return or exchange your order from within 14 days from the date when you received your order (carrier delivery date).

Goods must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns on customized or engraved pieces.

When you return your items to us, please send us an email at indicating your order number and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and please send it back to:

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund will be issued within 7 days from the safe receipt of the parcel if the item is in its original condition.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our team will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping. For all returns, all custom charges and import duties payed by Alex Jona for the first delivery of the products to you as well as for the returning products to us, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Extended Returns Periods

If your order has been placed in December, you may exchange or return your order within an extended period of 30 days from the date when you received your order (carrier delivery date).

If you are buying a gift and you would like to arrange an extension of the return period, we will be very happy to satisfy your request.
