All orders are sent by tracked shipments.
Shipping costs are included in the price shown, for all orders.
For orders directed to no-EU countries, import taxes and customs fees are excluded from the prices shown.
Delivery to the courier of the ordered item normally takes place within 2-3 working days from acceptance of the order.
Please allow additional 5-6 working days for resizing or hand engraving.
In case the ordered item is out of stock, we will send you an estimate time for delivery, on the basis of the production time.
We will send you a confirmation email along with the tracking number as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier.
Courier delivery times vary depending on destination.
For personalized or custom made items, we will take care of communicating the processing times at the time of the order and subsequently updating you on delivery times.
Your item will be included in an elegant box with a certification, packaged in a discreet cardboard box. If it is a gift and you would like to add a personal message, please fill in the appropriate e-form during checkout. We'd be happy to include a discreet card with your message.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an email to email@example.com (return email). For purchases intended for Christmas gifts and made in the period from 8th to 24th December, you can return them by 15th January of the following year.
If you would like us to organize the return shipment for you, please request this in the return email: we will be happy to organize the return shipment for you via our courier. In this case, cost of return shipment will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of the parcel in transit.
In case of returns from non-EU countries, the Italian re-importation taxes and customs expenses incurred by us during the return customs procedure will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, in addition to the return shipping costs in the event that the same is organized from us.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, placed in their original packaging and complete with all attached materials and certification.
We reserve the right to refuse items returned after the aforementioned terms or used, modified or in conditions other than those in which you received them.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed here, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom made pieces, engraved or personalized items.
If the conditions listed above are met, we will send you a confirmation email (Return Acceptance email) and make the refund within 7 working days of the aforementioned email on the same credit card used for payment.
